BASIC INFORMATION: The 2011 Snowtrain trip will include jamming on the train, a Wednesday afternoon banjo clinic with Jack Convery, a group buffett dinner in Harrah’s excellent,newly remodeled CARVING”S buffett restaurant (bring your coupon & eat for free!) and an evening concert & Jam session.
DEPARTURE/ARRIVAL TIMES TUES. Feb 8th Depart Martinez 10:30am, depart Sactramento 11:50am, arrive Reno 4:45pm. Return Feb 10th: depart Reno 8:36am, Arrive Sacramento 2:15pm. Arrive martinez 3:30pm

Reservations require a $20/pp deposit to hold your seat. Final payment is due Dec 1, 2010. CHANGES: An Administrative charge of $10 per change will apply to any change after final payment has been made. No changes within (14) days of departure. CANCELLATIONS: Full payment is due Dec 1, 2010. An administrative fee of $10 will be charged for any change after confirmation. For cancellations received after December 1, 2010 or within 31 days of departure, a fee of 25% will be charged. CANCELLATION WAIVER: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. For the slight additional amount of $10 per person , all cancellation charges are waived. You may cancel your tour at any time up to 24-hours before your departure for any reason whatsoever! Simply advise JACK CONVERY that you wish to cancel. Cancellation Waiver can be ordered only at time of booking. It cannot be added afterward. Without Cancellation Waiver, normal cancellation charges listed in ' CANCELLATIONS ' will apply. Cancellations received within 24 hours of departure or that are a "no show" will not be entitled to any refund. (Detach & return along with deposit)
